SlapDee in ‘Royal Black' party

Zambian renowned hip hop star Mwila Musonda tomorrow celebrates his birthday in style via a special bash to be held at Lusaka’s Freedom 64 near NAPSA complex.
The event dubbed ‘The Royal Black Birthday Party’ is the rapper’s avenue to mingle with fans and followers as he grows a year older.
Of course, in line with his birthday celebrations, SlapDee has line up a number of activities including charity work.
Ideally, the Royal Black party is meant to also celebrate SlapDee’s dedicated music journey.
The artiste who last week was among the top artistes that graced the Mosi Day of Thunder will use the event to also highlight his future plans and projects.
SlapDee became a force to reckon with once he took a stand to promote and perform local hip hop in vernacular. His continuous hard work and creative made him become a lovable musician working under his founded label XYZ. With this brand he has soared so high that he is referred to as the King of Hip hop. And true to this, the rapper commands a huge following.
The show starts at 20:00 hours till late.

DJ Showstar on the Sunday Linkup

The DJ Sunday Linkup Party this Sunday features QFM Radio and TV personality Jackson Demus Banda famously called DJ Showstar. The show which takes place at Club Amnesia every Sunday and initiated by the Big Boys Only will start at 15:00 hours.
The Big Boys Only features DJ Bizzy Wizzy and Links in the Mix who have both committed themselves every Sunday to feature a guest DJ.
Their mission has always been to create a platform for DJs who they think playing a major role in promoting music.
Last week they featured DJ Power X after Kaliwa the Black Stallion and DJ 3rill the previous weeks.
For this reason, Showstar is pleased to be associated with the Sunday Linkup which he described as every DJs treasured platform. He therefore promises an electric display of his music mixing skills which will also be used to promote local music.
With his dual role as a DJ and TV presenter known for his show HI Five, Showstar is expected to attract a huge crowd this Sunday.
