WOMEN in Mushindamo’s Kalilele Ward should form clubs so that they can benefit from various programmes that have been put in place by government such as Women Empowerment, says area councillor Brenda Jatwa.

Ms Jatwa said the only way women could benefit from the Women Empowerment programmewas by forming clubs.

Speaking in an interview with The Sun, Ms Jatwa said most of women had not benefitted from such programmes because they did not belong to registered clubs.

“There has been an outcry from our women that they have not benefitted from these empowerment programmes that have been rolled out across the country by government,

“The problem is that they do not belong to any club, therefore, I am appealing to them to start forming these clubs so that they can also benefit,’’ Ms Jatwa said.

She has passion for her fellow women and that was why she was working hard in ensuring that they got empowered.
