Zambia’s popular comedy ‘The Tilowa Comedy Show’ featuring Mkushi Accents made by Kapembwa and Kayster is back for the year 2019 with some blend of a new touch.
The show which the comics have popularized through their social media postings and videos comes back to the public at Mulungushi International Conference Centre on Thursday 4th July during the long weekend break.
This show, as observed from passed events, is always exciting, rib-cracking and well-arranged. For this reason, organisers promise that It will start on time with the first set planned for 19 hours sharp.
Interesting to note about the show this year is that there is an inclusion of veteran comedian Bob Nkosha as guest act.
Nkosha will join the usual suspects K-Star, Kapembwa, Bush, Larlow and Christian.
The show is set to have laughter on top of more laughter as organizers have appealed to patrons to carry ‘spare ribs’ as there will be serious rib cracking jokes through the whole show.
“On this one, Mkushi Accents have partnered with the Vitamin A Orange Maize alliance which is championed by Harvest Plus. This orange maize makes very tasty and nutritious nshima that is packed with Vitamin A which is very important for the body. Mkushi Accents have also partnered with Eternal Jewellery who will be selling wedding rings at a 40% on the night. For only K900 you can walk away with a set of His and Her rings that have a 5 year warranty,” the organisers say.
“The Mulungushi International Conference Centre will have a Cash bar and food available for sale to make sure everyone is comfortable for a night of serious laughter. Pre-tickets are available at Computickets for a K100 and K200 for VIP. Ticket pricing will go up on the day of the event by K50.”
