NAKAMBALA Leopards coach, Zeddy Saileti says he is settling in very well at the Club despite having only won one game out of four played so far.
Speaking in an interview with the Sun Sports, Saileti said that having joined the Mazabuka based team just two weeks before the beginning of the season, he needed enough time for his players to buy into his philosophy .
He said it was a matter of time before his players began to understand his game approach adding that he has changed everything in terms of training and approach to games .
The former Nkana and Lumwana Coach noted that there was a lot that has to change in his team which he is currently working on especially on their attitude and approach towards away games which they have been struggling with.
“It is always difficult to settle in especially that I got the job three weeks before the start of the season. I think I am settling in well because we have played 4 games lost 2, won 1 and drew one against Kabwe Warriors at home on Saturday. It is just a matter of time because it is the philosophy which has changed,” he said.
Saileti said that there was still enough time for his team to pick up maximum points adding that all they needed to do was to start winning away games but was quick to mention that it has been, “so far so good for his team.”
Saileti joined Nkana from Lumwana Radiants along side former Napsa stars assistant coach Linos Makwaza replacing veteran coach Patrick Phiri who left at the end of last season after having helped the team survive relegation in the 2018 super league season.
