METHODS OF USING GARLIC
Garlic on skin prepared in four ways

1 Raw garlic juice

2 heated garlic juice

3 dehydrated garlic powder

4 aged garlic extract

PREPARATIONS
Peel the cloves blend 3-5 cloves, apply directly on affected area, leave it for a few minutes then rinse with water and dry.

INGESTING GARLIC CLOVES
Mince (grind) clove, add to meals during preparation as desired

GARLIC & WATER– mince two fresh cloves, mix 1 tb/spoon of tap or rose water, apply the mixture on areas affected, for a few minutes then rinse.

RAW GARLIC JUICE
Mash or grate 5 cloves , let the mash sit for 10 minutes drink or apply.

YOGURT & GARLIC EDIBLE
Mix 3-4 lured cloves, 2tb/spoons yogurt and 1/2 teaspoons honey eat or apply as a mask. Rinse after 20 minutes.
📎Garlic can be added or mixed with Aloe Vera, honey, apple cider vinegar and use for pimples, acne, sunburns , fungal infection, ring worms.
