Rexious to introduce Education Campaign

Zambian artiste Rexious Chomba better known by his stage name Rexious Mrdynamic is working on a project to promote education among the youth in Zambia.

The singer who is also a songwriter and CEO of Dynamic Records is currently working on a campaign aimed at reaching out to teenagers to concentrate on school.

This campaign is called ‘Education First Campaign’ and will run on a theme song titled ‘Bonzo’. 

‘Bonzo’ was released by Rexious with an aim of promoting education. It talks about availing all the necessary requirements to children and young people for them to stay in school.

The artiste has in the past worked  hand in hand with VSI Zambia and various Charity organization’s to reach out to children and encourage them on the importance of Education.

Born on 28th September in Lusaka and raised on the Copperbelt, Rexious produced his first single in 2005 and made his breakthrough in the Zambian music industry between 2012 and 2015 when he wrote and produced ‘Battery low’, ‘Red Card’, ‘Kumushi’ and ‘Bp’. 

On February 25th of 2017,  at the CBC TV Choice Awards, he was named as the Choice Artiste to watch. 

Rexious has worked with various Zambian artistes and producers such as B1, T-Sean ,T-Bwoy , Daev , Zayellow Man, DriftaTrek , Bobby East ,MK Macky2 ,G Kanene , Kekero , Jerry Fingers ,Trixtar , Matt , Electric Hands ,Silent Erazer , J.O.B. Mr Stash, Uptown Beats , Chiika Lupupa, Tyce, Villzy Mary and many more.

He has three albums to his name. His first album in 2011 was titled ‘Battery Low’, the second in 2015 was titled ‘Kumushi’ and the third in 2018 called  ‘So Che’.

Rexious made his first international collaboration with a Zimbabwean renowned singer called Freeman HdK Boss with whom he produced a song titled ‘Maria’ and produced another international collaboration with a South African Music group called X-Fam called  ‘IN Love with you.”

Last year, he produced a number of hit songs under his record label Dynamic Records. Some of the songs include ‘So-Che’ and ‘ Why’ featuring Bobby East.  The first official single for the year 2020 was released  on the 6th  of January and it’s titled ‘Sungilila’ ft Kekero.

He also did ‘Mathematics’ ft Macky2 and Prince Obey as his second single for 2020 produced by Mr Stash.

He is now working with Kekero as his official producer and also working with Michael OJ the Planner and DJ Boyage on the management team.

He and his team are working on video of his third single expected to be released soon.
