Siame competes in Switzerland IAAF Diamond League

Zambian splinter Sydney Siame has been invited to compete in Lausanne Switzerland IAAF Diamond League on to be held on July 5.

The Diamond League is the prestigious and for the best athletes in the world.

According to the Zambia Amateur Athletics Association (ZAAA) media office , Siame will complete with the best athletes in 200 meters giving yet another opportunity to continue learning to compete to win as he prepares for World Championship and the Olympics

Last week the 200 metres runner  qualified for the World Championships in Doha and Olympics by setting a new National record in 200m with the time of 20.16 in Europe

ZAAA sent three athletes to camp in Europe, Hazemba Chidaba, who pulled a hamstring and Daniel Mbewe who clocked 46.47 to come out 6th in the finals.
