Boy five has been caught eating a fetus in Garden House area.
In a video obtained by the SUN, shocked residents can be heard question the young boy who looked lost and confused on where he got the fetus as one man pleas with the crowd not to beat the boy.
The child has been taken to the nearest police post as some of the residents threatened to hurt him.
