Brother kills 4 year old sister

A FOUR year old girl of Lusambo village, Chief Munkanta, Kawambwa district has died after allegedly being hit with a stick by her 10- year old brother.
Josephine Kapya was hit with a stick by her older brother and sustained head injuries, bleeding from the left ear and nose.
According to deputy police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga, the incident occurred on April 30, around 17:00hrs at Lusambo village, Chief Munkanta.
Mr Hamoonga said Florence Pepe, aunt of the deceased reported the matter to Kawambwa police.
“Police in Kawambwa received a report of murder in which Florence Pepe aged 40 years of Lusambo village Chief Munkanta Kawambwa district reported that her niece Female Juvenile Josephine Kapya aged 4 years was murdered by her brother aged 10 years,” he said.
