ZANACO and ZESCO clash in the highlights of Easter holiday in the week 13 of super league fixtures in Kitwe.
Similarly Nkana and Power Dynamos meet in a highly anticipated derby with full of bragging over superiority.
Nkana return to the local fold following their ejection from CAF confederations Cup quarter finals by Csfaxien of Tunisia and will be looking out to stamp their authority on the local league
On the other hand, the Kitwe derby will be newly appointed Power Dynamos coach Fordson Kabole’s first game at the helm of the Ndeke side having been recalled back to the club he led to league championship in 2011.
Both clubs have had a poor string of results in their recent games with Power losing to Nkwazi in their week 12 game at Imboela Stadium while Nkana last domestic game also ended in a humiliating 3-2 loss at the hands struggling Lumwana Radiants.
This weekend’s edition of the derby is highly anticipated as both sides desperately need a win not only to enhance their positions on the log but also return to winning ways.
Going into the explosive derby twelve- time champions Nkana are currently positioned in the relegation zone with 9 points having played less games while their rivals Power are in position 5 with 18 points.
