BREAKING NEWS- BRIAN CHILALA HAS DIED

LEGENDARY Kalindula music artist Brian Chilala has died.
The Shimololwa hit maker died last night around 23hrs in a tragic traffic accident.
Chilala is married to former Permanent Secretary, Dr. Velepi Mtonga. Dr. Mtonga recently lost her young brother Chimwemwe Mtonga who collapsed and died suddenly in South Africa.
Chilala died around 23hrs at the scene of the accident on Lumumba Road, opposite AutoWorld
Chilala did hits like, Awisi Boyi, and “Nsanje”.
Other hits include; “Jombo”, “Shimololwa” and “Mailesi”.
Brian Chilala called himself the Rebel. His music featured sharp lyrics which satirically commented on social life and lifestyles.
Chilala also owned the band-Ngoma-Zasu Band
