Nyirongo had sued Imutowane on allegations that he insulted him over the phone for no apparent reasons.

“I was talking to my colleague and workmate Moses Nawa on phone over salary payments only to hear insults on the other side, that’s when I had to cut the line. Then he called me and insulted me like a child,
“I want the court to discipline him so that he knows how to live with people,” said Imutowane
In defence Imutowane said he got upset over the issue of delayed payments of salaries which he not expect.
“I stay with Nawa and most of the times I hear him complaining over salaries, so this got me suspicious and wanted to see the supervisor
“I got upset because he always complains in my face and so I had to speak with his supervisor. Yes I insulted him because I was angry,”said Imutowane
The court on finding Imutowane guilty ordered to compensate Nyirongo with K3,000 by monthly instalments of K300 effective from February 28.
