FORMER VICE PRESIDENT DIES

FORMER Vice President Lupando Mwape has died.
He died in South Africa this morning where the Government had evacuated him for specialist treatment.
He served as Vice President under late President Levy Mwanawasa and was also Member of Parliament for Lukashya Constituency.
