Bombshell new album coming

ZAMBIAN female rap queen Bombshell has revealed that her latest single ‘ Lockdown’ is part of the new album she has been working on.

The ‘Queen of Zambian Hip hop’ as she is sometimes referred to said this when she featured on ‘ Flight Zed Weekend Plug’ on Lusaka’s Metro Radio on 94.5 FM presented by versatile DJ Taonga Manda aka the Mini Chocolate and Tash.

 Bombshell said she has been working on the album for some time now and has already released singles for it including “BACKSHOT” and “FUKUNYUKA”.

She however, did not mention the actual timeframe and release date but it seems the project has already reached an advanced stage.

“it’s more about dancing, about having a good time even though you are at home; you gotta have a good time when you hear my music that’s what its about” she insisted.

Born Bwalya Sophie Chibesakunda  on 31 December 1987),  Bombshell  first gained public recognition after the release of her single “The Berg” featuring Jay Rox.She  subsequently provided guest vocals for the Kaladoshas song “They Don’t Know ” and did some solo projects. She has not looked back from then on.
