Mandevu ‘Soldier’ hosts music awards

He is famously known as Mandevu Soldier in Mandevu where he resides because of his courage and dedication to community service. He believes one needs not to be a politician to help the community. Since 2016, William ‘Soldier’ Simbeye has been at the helm of fostering community work in Mandevu.
Last week, Soldier hosted Mandevu Constituency Music Awards where talented artistes and upcoming musicians residing in Mandevu were awarded.
Amongst the many categories included song of the year, best video, upcoming artiste of the year and more.
Artiste Professor from Team Changa Ni Changa scooped the song of the year award.
Professor thanked Soldier for the opportunity and desire to promote Mandevu arts.
He wished him well and advised residents in Mandevu to support him.
