Police summon ‘angry father’

ZAMBIA Police Child Protection Unit has summoned George Bester, a man seen slapping a boy believed to be his son in a video which has gone viral on social media.
Mr Bester has been summoned to report at the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services.
A video has gone viral in which a man was asking his son why he failed an examination while slapping him.
People on social media have expressed mixed feeling over the video.
Some have condemned the man while others have turned the heat on the person who was shooting the video.
In the video, a woman is heard stopping George from slapping the motionless boy believed to be his son.
Zambia police spokesperson Esther Katongo said Mr Bester had been summoned for inquiry only.
