CAPITAL BUSES MANAGER ARRESTED FOR SODOMY

POLICE in Lusaka have arrested a man identified has Arnold Zulu aged 52 for sodomy, acting police spokesperson Danny Mwale, has disclosed.
Mr Mwale said the suspect was caught in the act having canal knowledge against the order of nature with Adrian Mazuba, aged 21, of Kanyama Site and Service.
Mr Mwale said Zulu, who is also operation manager for Capital Buses (Flash), was currently detained in police custody, while the victim has been taken for medical examination.
Mr Mwale said the incident happened on Thursday August 22, 2019 between 14:00 and 17:00 hours.
He explained after receiving information from members of the public, police officers rushed to the scene and found the two whilst in the act in the house.
Meanwhile, three people have drowned, while two survived after the boat they were in capsized on Lake Mweru in Nchelenge district.
Police acting spokesperson Danny Mwale has identified as Joseph Mwape aged 26, Bernard Kasongo 22 and Emmanuel Mwansa 27 all of Nchelenge district in Luapula Province.
Mr Mwale disclosed that the incident happened on Thursday between 04:00 and 05:00 hours on Lake Mweru when the boat they were in, while fishing capsized due to strong winds.
Mr Mwale said Rogers Mwape 26 and Fewdays Nsama aged 25 managed to swim to safety and the bodies of the deceased have not yet been retrieved.
