ZANACO FC has gone on rampage making mega signings in preparation for the 2019/2020 domestic and continental seasons which starts in August.

The Bankers have made a whooping seven new signees with the majority being defenders which had been one of their concerns.

Highly rated Namibian defender Tiberius Lombardi has made a switch from Lusaka Dynamos to Zanaco after having being at Dynamos for two seasons.

The central defender was also part of the Namibian side that participated at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations where the team was ejected in the first round.

Making a return to Sunset stadium is striker Damiano Kola who has rejoined the team after his loan spell to Forest Rangers.

Kola 20, initially moved to Forest in 2018 and extended his stay for one more season with the Ndola outfit after an impressive season.

However, he did not make more appearances during the 2019 Transitional FAN/MTN Super League due to injury.

Also returning to the Bankers is veteran defender Ziyo Tembo who left to join a Saudi side in 2018.

Zanaco have also signed Mwansa Nsofwa from Lusaka Dynamos and Belchance Makiese from Nkwazi respectively.
