A Lusaka man has been ordered by the Matero local court to pay K7, 000 for virginity damage.
This is in a matter in which Patrick Kasebenga, 46, of Lilanda has sued Ahmed Ng’uni, 28, of Desai for making his niece pregnant in 2012 and was charged K7, 000.
Ng’uni has only paid K500 since then.
“In 2012 he impregnated my niece and when he was called , he admitted and only paid K500. Whenever we call him to pay the balance he does not respond. Later we heard that he had impregnated another woman, so we want our money,” said Kasebenga “.
Ng’uni told the court that he will pay the balance.
“When I damaged Kasebenga’s niece we were charged K10,000 after negotiating it was reduced to K7,000. The reason I started living with her was because the parents said they did not want her at home,” said Ng’uni
The court ordered Ng’uni to pay K7,000 in installments effective June 30
