FAZ set for its AGM

FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) says it has managed to distribute football kits to all the 10 provinces in Zambia ahead of their April 13 annual general meeting.
FAZ spokesperson Mwazi Sakala Chanda said the association this week held its last batch of provincial conferences in Southern, Central and Lusaka provinces to complete the exercise.
Chanda said all of the 10 provinces had received their share of kit and footballs.
She said Central Province, Lusaka and Southern provinces assemblies had all selected its four delegates to represent the region at the April 13, 2019 FAZ Annual General Meeting.
All the clubs that submitted bank accounts to FAZ have been handed their K5, 000 support that was initiated by the FAZ executive committee.
The Lusaka conference provincial conference held at Eastern Moon Hotel was graced by FAZ president Andrew Kamanga while the Southern and Central province conferences where graced by vice president Rix Mweemba and general secretary Adrian Kashala.
Mwazi Sakala Chanda further said that the Association had already circulated its AGM documents to councillors ahead of the march 13 AGM , in line with the FAZ constitution.
She said that this was the first time that FAZ annual general meeting delegates had received audited accounts for the year being reviewed.
