SUPER league side NAPSA Stars has been hit by injuries involving key players ahead of their fixture away to Lumwana Radiants in Solwezi.

NAPSA public relations officer Gwen Chipasula confirmed the development to Sun sports in an interview.

Chipasula said defender Luka Banda sprained his ankle last Saturday when his team drew 1-1 with Circuit City FC and has been given a week of total rest.

She further said that Amos Simwanza and Bornwell Silengo were other players that picked up knocks during the game but the duo had since commenced training ahead of this weekend’s match against Lumwana Radiants FC.
