Faulty LWSC prepaid water meters

I am a Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC) customer on a pre-paid metering.
I have been buying water units for K200.00 every month which has been enough given that we only use water for household consumption.
But of late, units worth K200.00 have been finishing in only seven days or less.
We have reported this issue and LWSC themselves have acknowledged having problems with these meters.
Surprisingly, they have not taken action to rectify the problem despite several follow- ups.
I have bought units three times just within one month on top of other taxes.
Please help us repair the meters and refund us or give us two months free water as you did to the people who drunk contaminated water.
