Be productive, pay less attention to social media and political commentators for the sake of delivering national development, the Leadership Movement has advised government.

Leadership Movement president, Richard Silumbe, said the new dawn administration needed to focus on national development for now.

He said more brilliant media interactions were one of the key to national development plans as people would always be informed.

He also said that the government needed to concentrate on land ownership and entitlements to   avoid demolitions that the country has been facing recently.

“ Zambians in many areas are losing land every day in full view of elected political leaders and Government officials.

“And the President’s silence on Forest 27 is a danger to land and environmental protection,” he said.

Dr Silumbe said as a country, Zambians cannot wait for other people to fix their home problems.

He further stated that the President would have directed DMMU to start the distribution of free food as hunger was looming in some districts.
