An Energy Expert advises government to build capacity for provincial fuel reserves centers

Energy Expert Boniface Zulu says there is need for government to build capacity for provincial fuel reserves centers in order to avert continued fuel shortage.

Mr. Zulu has explained that with the increase in the population, there is need to ensure that provincial fuel reserves are boosted in terms of capacity.

He says if Zambia does not do so; the country is likely to experience worse fuel shortage compared to the current situation.

Mr Zulu has also called on government to ensure that the infrastructure at Indeni oil refinery is also improved on for efficient delivery of fuel in various points.

Zambia has continued experiencing fuel shortage in some parts of the country,
