FORMER BuildCon Coach, Tenant Chembo, has joined super division side, Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy (KYSA).
KYSA vice president, Shimpano Mutangama, told Sun Sport that his club had engaged Chembo as a consultant and guest coach of the team.
“Coach Chembo comes in as a guest coach and consultant bringing with him, his expertise and long term experience in the game,” Mutangama said.
He said KYSA was a learning club and appreciated bringing peoplea on board to come and help it achieve higher heights.
‘’Kysa Football Club would like to officially welcome Coach Tenant Chembo to the Kysa Family,’ he said.
He said, “We are honored and humbled that Coach Chembo accepted our invitation to come and share his knowledge, ideas and experience with our technical bench for an agreed period…With him and our current bench working together, we know we will produce results.”
The Kabwe-based Zambian league, was promoted back to the elite tier competition at the beginning of this season after weaning off National Assembly in a promotional play off.
Chembo left BuildCon late October after a purported administrative argument with the Ndola-based side.
