HUMILIATED WIFE … SEEKS DIVORCE FROM RTSA `PLAYER’ HUBBY

A PUBLIC Relations Officer at Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) Chad Saad has been petitioned for divorce by his wife Chisanga Mubanga, believed to be the young sister to RTSA head of Public Relations Fredrick Mubanga, for threatening to kill her and engaging in extra marital affairs.

According to a petition for dissolution of marriage filed in the Lusaka High Court,  Ms Mubanga said that her marriage to Mr Saad was solemnized on June 2018 at the Lusaka Civic center and that they have been living as husband and wife in Lusaka’s Chalala area.

The petitioner who is a teacher contends that Mr Saad has been having extra marital affairs with numerous women since they got married last year.

“The respondent during the subsistence of the marriage with the petitioner has physically and emotionally abused the petitioner in front of the women he has been having extra marital affairs with,” Ms Mubanga said.

Ms Mubanga stated that Mr Saad has caused her grave embarrassment as he permits his lovers to call her and unleash insults on her.

She said Mr Saad has on several occasions threatened to kill her adding that the death threats have inflicted great fear in her causing her to be emotionally disturbed.

“The respondent upon being instructed by one of the women he has been having extra marital affairs with, has stopped putting on the wedding ring, an act that has brought shame upon the petitioner,” Mubanga said.

Ms Mubanga contends that Mr Saad has behaved in such a way that she cannot reasonably be expected to continue living with him and now prays for an order for Judicial separation of their one year marriage.

The petitioner wants an order for the custody of the child of the family in her favor and an order for maintenance of the child.

Ms Mubanga is further seeking an order that herself and the child of the family continue living in the matrimonial house, and that each party bears its own costs.
