ALL is set for this Saturday’s rugby Victoria Cup tie between Zambia and Uganda, says Zambia Rugby Union (ZRU) president general Clement Sinkamba.
Sinkamba his union was ready to host the series of games to be played at the Lusaka Rugby club.
And Kazuma Enterprise has partnered with the rugby union to help manage the logistics for the upcoming games to be hosted by Zambia.
Sinkamba said the company had come on board to help it with logistics such as preparing the grounds, availability of medics and feeding of the visiting team.
He said ZRU depended so much on sponsorship which was why it had approached other companies to come on board and offer support.
Kazuma chief executive officer Sasha Maglov said his company was glad to always be a part of not only rugby but other sports sponsorships.
Maglov said Kazuma would always support the rugby union in the upcoming series of games.
Kazuma would dress the national team with training kits branded with its newly introduced beer Tafel to be used for warm up by the team.
Meanwhile Rugby director Noble Chisanga said the team was ready for the game having lost its last three games in the ongoing tournament.
Chisanga said the two losses against Kenya and Uganda were a learning curve for his team to work at winning its next games.
Zambia plays its last game in the Victoria Cup series against Zimbabwe on September 7.
The Zambia team lies bottom of its group in which the team with the most points will be declared champions and Zimbabwe currently leads the table.
