KBF faces expulsion from PF over presidential drive

The Patriotic Front PF has warned that it will expel Kelvin Bwalya Fube from the party should he continue with what it says flimsy claims of taking over party presidency at the general conference.
PF Lusaka Province Chairman Paul Moonga has warned that Mr. Fube has been given a last chance to repent from attacking the Head of State which he has enjoyed luck for far too long, failure to which he would be expelled from the party even as an ordinary member.
Mr. Moonga says Mr. Fube should instead consider standing as a ward councilor in 2021 before he can dream of becoming a president because the position of party presidency in the PF is not available especially using the method he is proposing of asking for the handover.
He says president Lungu is the party’s sole candidate until 2026.C
Efforts to get a comment from Mr. Kelvin Bwalya Fube were futile by broadcast time as his mobile phone went unanswered.
