Opposition Alliance maintains that the National Dialogue Bill is unconstitutional

The Opposition Alliance chairperson media and publicity Sean Tembo says individual alliance members will change through the court the national dialogue bill because it is unconstitutional.

On Tuesday last week, President Edgar Lungu assented to the bill into law.

Mr. Tembo says the bill is an unconstitutional piece of regelation that seeks to compel people to participate in a process which people are not willing to participate in.

He has also emphasis that the alliance will not participate in the dialogue process which is slated to commence on 23rd April 2019.
