And Chief Chikanta has called on government to urgently intervene by sending relief food because people are threatened with hunger as most crops have dried up due to lack of rains.

Chief Chikanta has told Millennium Radio that much of the province is affected by the drought and now the traditional leadership is depending on government to send relief food especially in his area.
