Mr. Kanyama was involved in an accident on September, 12, 2018, while driving himself on Livingstone/Lusaka Road near Kayuni area in Monze Southern Province.

But some residents in warned him that they were going to carry out a citizen arrest on him if went ahead with his plan.
Mr. Kanyama has been without transport for his official duties for the past 5 months, forcing him to seek favours from other Government departments and sometimes used his old mini bus to drive to work.
